I start running barefoot since 01.01.2012
If you ask why, i will tell that i had knees problem while running with shoes, than i read some articles that running shoes don'r really prevent injuries..
So why to wear them!?
I start running barefoot on the beach at the hard sand and on the shallow waters.
At first i run only 3.18 KM, At that time i used to run 10 Km with shoes once in a week.
I run only 3 Km at my first time to let my legs adapt the barefoot running concept
At the end of this short run i felt a little bit stretching pain on my Achilles Tendon.
But from run to run the pain weakened and i didn't feel any pain at the run and after i finish running, barefoot, and my knee pain disappeared
This is all for now, next time i will write about my other barefoot running experience
and even bring some training programs and core stability exercise
