After my first Barefoot Running (16.12.2011), I went running with shoes to my feet.
I run 7.12 Km on my normal pace to keep me in fit, it was only 3 days (19.12.2011) after my first Barefoot running.
At that run i felt good i didn't have much pain and i only felt a bit Tingling on my left feet but this is normal, for me. Most of the time after i am passing the 5 Km i start feeling this Tinglings at my left feet.
A 4 Days after this shoe running i went for a Barefoot running again, for my second time, I ran only for 4.70 Km but it is steal a 1 Km more than my first run (3.18 Km).
At the end of this run I felt very good with my body and i felt like i am bit flying it was so good to feel the sand and the water touching my feet and not the shoes and the street concrete.But with the nice feeling i felt a bit stretching pain at my Achilles tendons.
The pain at my Achilles past a few hour later, after a nice warm and a good wealthy meal.
